James Steinbrenner is the founder and president of Steinbrenner Financial and the Heartland Organization, Ltd. His goal is to help individuals plan for retirement by providing personalized services and financial recommendations to his hundreds of clients.
Jim moved to Wisconsin from Illinois in 1994, and graduated from the Wisconsin system with a degree in Quantitative Economics. He then went on to do Master’s work at Illinois Institute of Technology, Stuart School of Business focused on Financial Markets and Trading. He started his financial career working for John Hancock Financial as a financial representative and then a staff manager. Jim then became an independent representative, founding Steinbrenner Financial in 1984 and then the Heartland Organization, Ltd in 1994 for estate planning services. He now focuses on creating personalized portfolios, servicing current clients, and operating the
Jim has been given numerous awards throughout his time in the financial industry, including Top Producer award and Chairman’s Club award from multiple companies. In his free time, he enjoys reading, saltwater fishing, spending time with Kim, his wife and business partner, his three children, and his dogs, Jordan and Bailey.
